Hey, I’m Kim the founder of the She Elevates Method, Ayurvedic health coach, and currently earning my PhD in Integrative & Functional Nutrition.

I know firsthand what it feels like to push through burnout, low energy, and the quiet exhaustion that makes you wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again. As a single mom, business owner, and lifelong student of wellness, I’ve lived the struggle of balancing ambition with health.

Through Ayurveda, integrative medicine, and years of working with women, I discovered a better way to heal, one that’s rooted in your body’s natural rhythm, unique energy, and science-backed nutrition.
